Our vision for a sustainable future
Our shared vision for the future can help us identify viable short- and long-term paths to kickstart a virtuous economic cycle by incorporating sustainability into companies’ business models.
We are committed to leveraging the technical and scientific expertise and experience within the company and its network of businesses to trigger a process of modernization in terms of infrastructure, facilities, and systems for a better quality of life and environmental protection, given the central importance of these issues in our region.
We are committed to promoting concrete actions to contribute to the achievement of the goals set out in the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals.
We believe that widespread involvement at the local level is essential for achieving these ambitious global goals.

Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in the implementation of new projects designed to bring about real change. In addition to the sustainability-oriented services we already offer to CEE companies, we have launched new projects to provide fresh impetus and new opportunities for active engagement.

1 – CARBON MANAGEMENT
Carbon management is extremely important for businesses, given that GHG (greenhouse gas) emissions account for around 50% of the total human environmental impact on the planet.
CEE is a leading player in carbon management, supporting companies in calculating, reducing, and offsetting the CO2 emissions generated during their economic activities.
2 – GUARANTEED ENERGY SUPPLY CHAIN
Providing clarity and transparency in energy procurement, guaranteeing that energy comes from specific plants.
CEE’s green basket is an alternative source of supply capable of providing 15% of energy with traceable origins from renewable, domestic, and local sources.
3 – ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Through EPCs (Energy Performance Contracts), CEE has the opportunity to invest its resources to finance energy efficiency measures in buildings or facilities.
CEE is a leading player in carbon management, supporting companies in calculating, reducing, and offsetting the CO2 emissions generated during their economic activities.
4 – ELECTRIC MOBILITY
Encouraging electric mobility through the creation of a widespread network of charging points, involving institutions and private individuals in strengthening the infrastructure.
Enerhub is the E-mobility Company born from the collaboration between CEE and ALG to promote a different kind of mobility: ecological, effective, and efficient. In 2024, it became a Business Unit of CEE.
5 – SOLIDARITY AND TERRITORY
Promoting and supporting projects for social sustainability that encourage inclusion, training, and sharing.
CEE has strong roots in its local area and, by leveraging its network of companies, promotes solidarity activities to raise awareness of social and environmental sustainability.
