In CEE, people play a central role and over the years our employees have contributed actively and in an organised way to the development of the company.
CEE’s governance is appointed by our members: the Board of Directors is elected by the consortium assembly, from among those appointed by the consortium members. The Board members remain in office for 3 years and can be re-elected. CEE’s operational structure stands at almost 20 employees today.
Our mission is to offer energy management services guaranteeing companies the right management of costs and energy consumption.
